When you go to a nice restaurant like this, you usually sit up a little straighter --- linen in your lap, fork and knife in hand, doing everything the proper way. But let me tell you something: these lamb lollipops broke all the rules. I picked them up like fried chicken and went in. And honestly? I didn't even have to gnaw --- the meat slid right off the bone. They were seasoned and cooked to absolute perfection. No overpowering gamey taste --- just tender, juicy, succulent lamb. They were plated beautifully, arranged like a little teepee with creamy mashed potatoes in the center. And the sauce... I have never tasted anything like it in my life. Rich, unique, unforgettable. I would highly recommend this dish. I'm already planning to go back for it. It was excellent.

I know this dish from Ruth's Chris is you're go to, BUT they do it a little better at Salt. This place is so well known yet all I hear about is Ruth Chris or Oceanaire pleaaaaasssseee. When I order lobster Mac & cheese I wanna taste lobster! & Salt exceeded my expectations

Let me explain something to you --- this is not your traditional crab rangoon. This is unlike anything you've ever tasted. The outside is perfectly crunchy and crisp, cooked to absolute perfection. The inside delivers a beautiful, balanced crab flavor --- rich enough to savor, but never overbearing. And the sauce? Listen... I would come back just for the sauce. It's got a little kick, but nothing too spicy, and the sweetness ties everything together in the most unbelievable way. I honestly don't know how they pulled this off. I went for the first time last night, and I'm already planning to go back next week for my daughter's birthday. It was truly amazing.
